One of the first tasks in designing a site is to determine the Keywords for your site. These are the words and phrases that a person is likely to use when they search for your business. Google takes these search terms and looks for them in the website title, headers, description and text. We’ll determine your keywords, experiment with competitive searches, and fold your keywords into the components where Google will look for them. Geography plays an important role as anyone who is planning to physically visit your business will enter a local city. Google recently changes search results so that a users IP address location pre-selects search results.
Content is the most important aspect of keywords, if you have content that represents the nature of your business, not just tweaked for keywords, then your site will perform well in searches.
Do you have a site already? Take a look at the title that shows in the browser tab.. it should contain your most important keywords. If it only says says “Home” call me immediately!
